"Demon drum" Japanese hard rice crackers
With the Rakuten Global Express service, we finally could get some Japanese snacks. One of them are “Onidaiko senbei” which means “Japanese demon drum rice crackers”.

This rice cracker is a hard type and tamari soy sauce (aged soy sauce) flavour.
The must-have item for housewives from the Showa era?
We wanted to eat such hard rice crackers because of the “My Neighbors the Yamadas” movie from Ghibli on Netflix.

In this movie, Matsuko almost always has such a rice cracker in her mouth. After eating, we were really jealous on Matsuko, she is a housewife, but not a typical busy housewife. She lives very comfortably and relaxed with such good rice crackers.
