The house in Arrietty is based on the Seibien in Aomori

We didn’t know that the setting for Arrietty exists. If we would have known it, we would have visited here..

The house is in the Seibien in Aomori. You can visit this place from Hirosaki in Aomori, it takes around 50 minutes from Hirosaki station.
