What is Zunda?
Do you know Zunda mochi? At Sendai station, we bought some Zunda sweets and tried them in the Tohoku Shinkansen.
Zunda is a sweetened green soy bean paste and people usually eat it with boiled mochi, but there are many other Zunda sweets in Sendai, like Zunda shakes or cakes.

The ideal powder for Zunda fans
The Zunda mochi no moto from Marumiya is the ideal product for Zunda fans. You only need the powder, one spoon of hot water and mochi.
The Zunda powder
Added one table spoon of hot water and mix them together. The Zunda paste is already done!
It was really too easy to make, but it was really tasty!
