The pre Opening is cancelled, the Grand opening is postponed

As we already mentioned, we planed to visit the Gundam factory Yokohama this Summer, but it would not be possible due to the corona virus pandemic.

The Gundam factory Yokohama, which we planned to visit in July, has to change its plan.

According to the official website, the planned pre opening in Summer 2020 is cancelled and the grand opening in October 2020 is postponed.

Hopefully, we can visit Yokohama in 2021

Before the corona virus pandemic, we planed to purchase our ticket for the pre opening of the Gundam factory in April. But when April began, we were almost sure that we have to give up our plan.

Now, we can only look forward to next year when we can hopefully travel to Japan.
